Electrode network

Precision microporous steel mesh is mostly made of lightweight metal and metal foil with excellent ductility, and is cut and stretched into a mesh material with high precision to meet specific weight and size requirements. The minimum thickness we can produce is 0.05 mm and the maximum width is 48 inches (1250 mm). Microporous steel mesh is widely used in shielding, lightning protection, battery and other applications.
• Cutting and stretching technologies ensure that materials are waste free and increase the strength and stiffness of precision microporous steel mesh.
• Integral structure that does not fall apart under normal conditions.
Good physical and chemical properties for specific applications, including lightning protection, EMI/RF interference shielding and acoustic applications.
• Precision microporous steel mesh can be made from a variety of alloy materials, including stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, silver, copper, brass, nickel and other alloy materials for different applications
• Precision microporous steel mesh can be made into diamond, square, round and hexagonal holes of the flat and ordinary design.
• The opening area of precision steel mesh can be flexibly increased or decreased using specific manufacturing methods.
• Good electrical conductivity.
